NOT WORTH THE MONEY I purchased this in June 2006. The software on the CD for viewing the jpg files is worthless. The documents included on the CD are in German with no translation. The book consists of a very detailed history of mostly german or dutch slide rule makers. Makers of very specialized rules. I did not fi. still not it Frank Drago this is a very informative book and worth taking the time to read. it is not about how to use your slide rule. if you dont have the time to read this book as a reference to the textbook with the how to perform calculations instructions, get it later after you have gotten your slide rule skills tog
