Joan Ifland said Well-Documented Expose of Illogical Drug Laws.. This is a fascinating book that essentially explains in well-documented detail why drug policy in the United States is not working. The author is very well versed in the topic and make a compelling case for the illogical structure of drugs regulations.. Interesting Great book, very informative. I ordered this book for my son who is a freshman in college, and he actually thinks its a great book.
