Great read N I had no idea what to expect as I chose this book randomly and I was pleasantly surprised. Ellie is at her lowest (she deals with her issues with food and alcohol) when she meets Helena, a life coach of sorts, at a UK school where we both work at. Ellie with the help of Helena and others is getting her life back on t. A rare gem worth far more than 5 stars I feel so fortunate to have come across this book. It is one of the best books I've read all year and I read a lot. On cue, Professor Helena Goldstein breezes into Ellie's life and nothing will be the same again.. It needs to be a be a big, earth shattering change. Ellie Esher needs a change and not the sort of change where you take a holiday and feel better
