Hard to follow James Brown This was recommended to me to help prepare for a PLS exam. Maybe this is easy to follow if you have a civil engineering background (although if that were the case, I'm not sure why you'd be interested in an "Introduction" to this subject), but the author makes numerous apparent leaps and assumptions and introduces unqualified variables that frankly make this extremely difficult for a non-engineer like me to follow, especially wi. "hydraulics, hydrology text" according to Ll. I would like to see a companion guide with the solutions to the problems. Excellent resource and lots of great examples to work through. Used for two separate classes, NICE>. Jonathan said as good as new!. This was a great deal for an excellent book. It was a used book but there was not any wear and tear on it.
