She has an interesting point of view. I wasn't a student of the classics in my undergraduate studies, but I've come to know them in my own spare reading time. Hence, I appreciate much of what she presents (such as the prime reasons for learning to read Latin), but I don't agree with her on all points. She discusses more university and collegiate matters than coursework. In general, it is a well-rounded collection of reminiscence, opinions, and more. I took a long time to read it, because . In one place, some of them even with the orginial blog post's comments.Best part: Just getting the chance to read and re-read her wonderful ideas, thoughts, rants, suggestions, etc. I enjoy being able to dip a bit into her mind and how she views her place in the world.
