"Excellent lean roadmap" according to Chris Waldorf. While this book is mainly written for the leader who is new to lean and is considering beginning the lean journey, there are many nuggets of wisdom and advice for even experienced practitioners. Mr. Black also brings the perspective of significant involvement in lean at Boeing in its early days in the U.S. and as a very successful consultant.. Great Message Today I can count on two fingers the people who are truly qualified to write a book on Lean Systems. John Black would be the first I would recommend.
