Sketchy discussions on an interesting topic The subject matter is a very interesting one, and is key part of an important semiconductor, solar and LED manufacturing tools industry.But the author did not do a very good job, and the resultant book is sketchy, lacking deep knowledge of the topics the book covered. You will also come across errors and misleading statements. Not cohesive either.At best, the book is a list of topic that you can use to explore in other books - a lot of other RF books are s. "A collection of encyclopedic information." according to Amazon Customer. The book has very superficial information that are not helpful in designing of any project. The book is a collection of encyclopedic information that any body can find very easily elsewhere. I am very disappointing with the book.
