The detail, the clarity of the narratives, the fascinating stories about this department and how it has grown, is spot on and so enjoyed by this reader. I have purchased about (5) copies since this was first publis. Great read This book will especially appeal to San Diego law enforcement, but I think anyone would enjoy it. Great photographs and detail. As San Diego grew so did it's police department and this book really documents that growth. Lots of historical detail and facts. I highly recomomend it!
