Glossy Paper, Pretty Photos, and Zero Information I bought this book expecting some real information on reflexology, etc., to add to my collection and hopefully give me some updated tips. The book is very small, printed on heavy glossy paper, has a lovely photo on each left page and a barely readable, faint "explanation" on each facing (right) page, printed in tiny font. It's an annoying book to try to use, although if you want your coffee table to look cool and New Agey, you might want this. I didn't. I returned it.. "Has lots of good information" according to Kara Stone. Purchased by mistake. Then thought to try it. It has therapies that can be applied easily and quickly and what do you know, they help! My favorite is reflexology. Used it for "shin splint."Takes awhile to figure out how things are organized.. skysmommy99 said Great reference guide!. Love this little reference book! It is so helpful when applying essential oils! Have read through the book several times!
