Joyce said Helpful. I was drawn to this book because of the words emotional sobriety in the title. The author references the writing of Dr. Tian Dayton whose work I find much more insightful with regard to addiction.. Excellent Diane Mooney This book is a must read. Great book for women seeking to empower themselves. It is short and to the point.. Thank-You Very Helpful and well written
