My grandfather was a brake inspector in the Monett, MO yards for Frisco until he retired in the 50's, my great-uncle was a conductor for the Frisco freights that ran from Van Buren, AR to Monett, MO to Neodesha, KS and back, and my great-grandfather was the postmaster at the Globe, MO station in the 1890's to early 1900's. So this book brought back good memories and furthered our family history.
