DESCRIPTION:
"estimating book" according to Ronnie Mckee. I haven't used bthis product but it looks like it wilkl be verry useful in the future.. Loaded with estimating checklists, forms and practical tips through out, this book demonstrates clearly the author has thorough knowledge of our industry. The book covers the process step by step, from marketing, quantity take-off, supplier pricing, bid organization to project management and change order pricingI especially like the part where he elaborates on how to actually close a deal (e.g. post-bid estimating, contract negotiations). Quite neat stuffSuitable for everyone, whether you are a rookie or veteran, you will like it! (. David A. Watts said Australian perspective.
