CFI required reading As a CFI, I believe I will be requiring future CFI's read this book. It is the most useful book to a new CFI that I've ever seen.. funny Hilarious. A good what not to do guide for your checkout.. A. C. Butch Giessman said "Been There--Done That". Great Book. Especially good for a novice pilot, a refresher for an experienced pilot and a great introduction to flying for those "Wanna be pilots" out there. Especially meaningful to me since I got lost on my check ride and ask the Examiner the same question. "Does that mean I failed" I passed and his response was "Everybody gets lost at least once--the important thing is that you found your way back".
