DESCRIPTION:
A reader said Flying Through Time. Manchester's Airport: Flying Through Time, is a fine, well informed history of the airport at Manchester, N.H. Although it was created for civil aviation and is a major airport today, for many years it was Grenier Air Force Base. The Air Force eventually shared the airfield . "Great history" according to Sue E. Hannan. A great walk through time to learn NH's place in history. My father-in-law contributed pictures for this book, so it was a gift to him. He was thrilled. He often goes to the airport to just watch what's going on, and I know he takes his own trip back in time when he's there.. Richard G. Goodwin said A good buy. Received the book in a timely fashion. It was as advertised, in good condition and for a reasonable price. It is an interesting read as I have lived in the area of the field since 1971. Would certainly purchase from this vendor again
