I liked the many sophisticated projects that were profiled as they I liked the many sophisticated projects that were profiled as they seem to be beyond the scope of projects featured in other books.. "Victorian Style" according to Stagehand Jim. Interesting in a quaint, old-fashioned way. There are some good ideas for mortised and other joints. I think most projects in the book would seem labor intensive and time consuming to builders today. Still, a good book for historical perspective on "wildcrafted" artifacts for home and garden.. The Governor said Not what I was expecting. This book has some great project ideas in it, but it is somewhat lacking in content. I was expecting some better "how-to" information than the book presents.Not a bad purchase, but it wasn't as informative as I was expecting.
