I highly recommend this book!. Some good info This book provides some good information about how people interpret situations that elicit anxiety. I liked that it gave the actual DSM diagnosis. (DSM is the tool that mental health professionals use). I have to say that if reading the DSM criteria, you find that you likely have an anxiety disorder, I strongly recommended getting professional help, or at least a book written by a professional. If you think you just have some shyness, this resource may help you understand why. For me the drawback was this book was written a little oddly and hard to . Worth Reading!
