DESCRIPTION:
Great Book Terrier Mom This is a great book for anyone who has an MGB.. A Customer said Good but very techincal. This book is good for the medium to advanced do it your selfer. It is a bit technical and doesn't offer any information on the "small" mechanical problems you will come across. As far as "average" info the owners manual section of the book is a better common guide. I would suggest you get this book but also have a copy of the Hanymes repair manual for the smaller problems.. "Valuable MG Information and Repair Advice" according to Dennis. Excellent information relating to specifics on your MG. Contains the original manual delivered with your new MG. Also contains an excellent repair manual that may be used instead of the Haynes Repair Manual
The Workshop Manual, which comprises the second-and largest-portion of this manual, is the official MGB factory repair manual. This MGB repair manual was prepared in close cooperation with British Leyland Motors in order to provide complete, authentic maintenance and repair information. The publisher has incorporated additional factory procedures and specifications that have become available following the publication of the original factory information.. This manual contains emission control information that applies specifically to MGBs manufactured for the US market, and a complete illustrated catalog of special tools. The Driver's Handbook, which comprises the first part of this manual, is the handbook which was provided with new MGBs. Including the most up-to-date, accurate, and comprehensive service information available for 1975-1980 MGBs, this manual is an indispensable resource for both the professional mechanic and the MGB enthusiast
