It is an ok read. Basic. Good for new lifters.. "Older but useful" according to Ad. I use this book as a reference along with other body building/fitness books I own. Although most of the women look like they're on steroids, the photos and explanations are very useful.. cijodoea@zoomnet.net said I checked this book out at the library; would like to buy it. I used this book for quite some time. I was very pleased with the results from this weight program. I have wanted to purchase my own copy, but have been unable to find it anywhere. Please let me know if it is ever available again.
