Incredible, and definitely for more advanced practitioners Sonny Boy I bought this book mainly for the energy cultivation aspect, not necessarily for the projection of energy for healing (as I already have a Medical Qigong master for that). So this review is based on the author's instructions for the cultivation of energy. I actually bought the guided meditation CD first (that is also sold here by the same author), and felt that the energy cultivation was so strong that my head was going to explode so I ended up getting this book.I've been studying and practicing Qigong since 2008, and I've tried many different styles, including Ken Cohen, Michael Winn, Mantak Chia, and various others, and I've felt great af.
