DESCRIPTION:

I enjoyed it. B. J. Brown It took me a while to pick up this book to read it from cover to cover. When I think of missing children in a book, I have to be in the right frame of mind. But Trebelhorn brought this one to a timely closure and a somewhat happy ending. Liv Andrews and her hook up with pain in the butt Sophie Kane is a whole other story.. Another Must read from PJ Trebelhorn devlyn Olivia and Sophie are thrust together in a small FBI team working to solve Missing Children Cases. As more children go missing the team scramble to find them before more bodies turn up. With the help (and sometime hindrance) of local law enforcement, Olivia and her team must scour the countryside with minimal clues to find the missing children and capture the kidnapper. As team leader, one of Olivia's responsibilities is team dynamics and she is adamant that the growing attraction between her and Sophie will never develop. Will the kidnapper be found in time and can both women maintain the professional distance required to solve the mystery o. Philologus said Great thriller cum romance. The opening scene must be the nightmare of every mom and hooks the reader from the first minute. This is a very well done thriller build around child abductions interlaced with a romance happening between two of the investigators. The main characters are well done and their background stories are in itself worth reading not all child abuse is physical. Nice to see the thriller "balanced" at the end with the personal story.
