Best Book for Baltic Neoclassicism Classicdude This softcover edition of the 1990 hardcover NEO-CLASSICISM IN THE NORTH is currently the best source for information on 18th and 19th century Swedish furniture and interiors. I have both editions, the softcover being the travel reference, and they ar. As good as it gets A rich variety of houses, some grander than the others, but all well-to-do peoples dwellings. Some of the manors featured aren't very well known even in Sweden, but they certainly deserve their place here. The few I do miss are featured in "The Swedis. "Fabulous Resource" according to Janice M. Brooks.
