More mappers need maths! Not enough people appreciate the mathematical basis of so much of the world of mapping yet all maps are ultimately built out of numbers. Building an appreciation of the mathematics of mapping is a tough sell in this age of click and share but if the authors can encourage a few more to `think' abo.
