Very well done, easy to read, lots of great information, breaks down each dosha and offers great recipes and information on dietary needs for each.. i love to eat i have learned a new way to better nutrition and this book really helped me an my family and friends. If you're cooking for a crowd (or just like to have leftovers) I haven't tried the whole detox, but I've tried several of the recipes, and they have almost all been really delicious.
