DESCRIPTION:
Not much theory This book was not what I expected. Based on the books title, I expected an analysis of the Super Regenerative circuit. There was very little to none of that. What I did get was a few circuits from the 1920 time frame with building instructions and really simple descriptions of how the circuits work. Unless you are into recreating original old circuits this is not the book for you. Fortunately it was inexpensive.. "Historical Armstrong" according to RICHARD. This book has good information on the design of the original invention, which consisted of a very complicated circuit, although not of any practical use in constructing a working model. The hobby projects in use today use a much simplified circuit. But a good historical comparison.
