I have thoroughly enjoyed all the other R J Scott books I have read and so took a chance on a new series (well, new to me, anyway) and I knew after the first few chapters that I was hooked. I've already purchased the next two in the series and can't wait to read them. In Guarding Morgan, the two main characters appear one dimensional on the surface when they are introduced but the. Guarding Morgan RJ Scott is such a prolific writer. Yes, this is the story of an agent/handler protecting/hiding a witness, that get on each others nerves, but we get a better insight and feel of Morgan's (as well as Nik's) perspectives. Nik is reluctant to get involved with his client and Morgan is still reeling from being shot at, fearing for his own life as well as being torn away from friends and family to notice (at firs. "Enjoyable read" according to Belinda. My favorite combination - romantic suspense and male / male action. Good storyline. The heat between the characters coudl have been a little more developed, but overall a very enjoytable read.
