Jack P. Marshall said For school. Excellent book, very technical. Informative in all the products that are used in the construction industry. Great reference book. Highly recommend anyone that needs a techincal reference book for sustainability.. Good Architectural Resource I had to buy this book for my Building Construction class. We hardly used this book to read from cover to cover, but it was a good reference book on different materials. The writing is clear and understandable. The most helpful parts of the book are the tables that compare materials - they are easy to read and can be quickly understood.. Shoe In said it looks like a good reference book. A required text for a master's course I'm doing. From what I've read so far, it looks like a good reference book.
