Wow! Can't believe someone actually wrote this book (finally)! Wow! This is the first book of it’s kind! I’m a big fan of working out. I wouldn’t say I’m addicted or anything but I do love how I feel after. And I do have to go everyday or I get in a horrible mood. This book is a fascinating look at our culture and what variables influence how some of us act and feel. It’s the perfect balance between memoir and research and an absolute pleasure to read. This is by far the best popular science book of 2015 (if not the century)! Also offers resources for individuals in need.
