Just a tad boring There was a lot of coffee-drinking and making meals, maybe to fill in space by the author. This story was written well but there was no vim or bounce to it. It just trotted along in its own painting-by-numbers way to the conclusion. I enjoyed hearing about previous book's characters. When I began reading Damian's Discipline I was delighted to again enter the wonderful world of Collars and Cuffs, one of my absolute favorite series. However, I had an 'excuse me, what did you say?' moment when I discovered that this was a Collars and Cuffs story without BDSM.The story follows Jeff, a severely damaged young man who unfortunately also fell under the control of a thoroughly despicable villain we were introduced to in a previous Collars and Cuffs story. I wouldn't call Jeff broken because he has a decidedly feisty streak, but he definitel.
