Really!?!? NBnewyork I purchased this book in hardcover. When I realized the print was so small it was an eye strain I requested the kindle version. After all, a book that deals with digital content distribution and is only available in paper form seems contradictory.Finally the kindle version was made available and I bought it. It crashed my iPad kindle app every time I tried to open it. Did not work on the kindle either. Turns out the book was not vetted out by the publisher to.work?!?!
