DESCRIPTION:
"A very complete discussion of basic arc welding technique" according to Philip J. Bohlken. This book contains information I have not seen in other welding books. It covers stick, MIG, TIG and related automated processes. Especially helpful are sections on common welding problems, like slag inclusion, and how to overcome them (chapter on "Assuring Weld Quality"). The book is oriented toward general theory more than specific welding tasks. But, any weldor could make the p. "Very Thorough Book" according to G. Though I doubt I read everything. But a very staple of anyone trying to learn how to weld in my opinion.
